My wish for now is that I can turn off thinking once in a while...

My wish for today is a remote control for my parents with only one button: the mute button!!
Or, as an alternative, moving to a desert island.

My wish for today is that I could say Happy Birthday to Pelle.

I wish that my two Cousins and Auntie find the strength to remind strong now that they have lost their Dad / Husband this morning to lung cancer and I pray we won’t be losing anymore family members soon... first my Grandma, then my Mother, my Dog Alfie and now my Uncle... who next?
I hope I continue to find the strength to recover from my recent three week stay in hospital and don’t ever have to go back there at least not as a patient!
I wish and pray all the plans I have mapped out for the coming months work out for me and nothing goes wrong, I am so excited about the up and coming months I think I could burst!

It is wonderful to hear/read you talk so positively, Alison!
(Except for the uncle, my sympathy!)

Yes who’d thought three weeks in that place could have made me see such sense and for me to realise that now I could really achieve what I’d wanted to do for years and there was nothing anymore holding me back... It’s a scary thought but exciting at the same time!
All we need now is for you to get sorted with a new job and we’ll both be happy... I’ll send some lucky dust over to you!

Thanks, keep this dust coming...
I think that is what these places are for. You get away from everything and you can start thinking. Well, I had done my thinking before so that's probably why it didn't work for me...
