Em entrevista ao Programa Nyetsmorgon,
Per Gessle Finalmente Anuncia Retorno do Roxette!!!
Finalmente começou!!! Enquanto o The Daily Roxette já há meses noticia esta história, a primeira reportagem, publicada por outra fonte de notícias sobre o Retorno do Roxette começaram a aparecer. Aniversário de 20 anos do Roxette – que muitos fãs estavam temerosos em comemorar... por medo de que alguma coisa desse errado – podem começar a entrar no clima!
Com um título "Roxette Anuncia Retorno" o site Contactmusic.com, um website devotado ao mundo da música e do entretenimento, publicou uma história hoje, a primeira das muitas que certamente surgirão na mídia.
" A dupla pop sueca ROXETTE está se preparando para entrar em estúdio ainda este ano, o cantor e guitarrista PER GESSLE anunciou numa entrevista no programa Nyetsmorgon. As estrelas de THE LOOK fizeram uma pausa no seu trabalho de fazer música quandop a cantora MARIE FREDRIKSSON foi diagnosticada com um tumor no cérebro em 2002. Mas tendo recebido o sinal de tudo limpo dos médicos, a banda irá gravar material novo, revela Gessle. Ele diz que "Ainda não escrevemos nenhuma música nova, mas definitivamente estaremos entrando em estúdio neste verão." (inverno Brasileiro) Roxette, que é considerada a banda sueca mais bem sucedida mundialmente depois do ABBA, começou sua carreira no final dos anos 80 e querem marcar o aniversário de 20 anos lançando material novo".
