I walked out of the bakery this morning and - whooom - the cake landed on the floor.
The Blackforest Gateau (lots of whipped cream) was doomed, the piece of strawberry cake could be saved. That's why two trips to the bakery.

Nothing much happening here.
The most exciting thing for me, I had my new broadband installed today. 20mb! I've only reached 10mb as yet though, weekends they're known to be slower. Major excitement as I was on barely higher than dial up before today!

I'm waiting for this strange hot summer the papers are talking about ....so I hope to have at least June here soon....or better weather...it's raining and raining and raining and if it doesn't rain it's grey and cold.
Wow......
work sucked today...our PC system broke down and we couldn't work at all the whole day...I gave up around 15:00...

Traditionally on 2nd Monday in April there's an event in Zurich which should help chasing winter out of the country and get some prediciton for the upcoming summer by burning a firework-filled snowman made of cotton. Unfortunately it seems we can't expect a great summer - though one can't rely on it
However the actual weatherforcast 'promised' snow again for tomorrow
