the funeral was...well a funeral. but just the way my gran would've liked it i think. seeing my gran in her coffin was very very emotional, but also good because she looked much better than the last time i saw her.
our speech went well and people laughed about some of the funny stuff we told about gran, just what we wanted.
both my aunt's and mom's speeches were lovely too, was happy i'd read (well i typed it out for her actually) my mom's before though.
it poured with rain when we went to the cemetery, my sisters, mom, aunt, uncle and me carried the coffin which was a really good thing to do, felt so much better to walk alongside my granny then just follow the coffin that some strangers are carrying. well, i'm glad this is done now, we will miss her terrible for years & years to come that's for sure, she was the best granny ever  Cry

hope nobody minds me posting all this, my head's just quite full of it right now...happier things to come my way from now on in 2008 i hope!

I worked at the circulation desk yesterday when a girl came complaining that someone put the wrong CD into the cover when she took it from the library. I opened the case and out came Roxette - the greatest hits I was like oops  Tongue But I swear it wasn't me originally.  Cheesy
