I don't think that one should be ashamed for happiness about the planned rox activity! When Marie longs for a rox comeback, why shouldn't we? Don't forget that most of us originally fell in love with the front girl of Roxette, not the private person Marie F. So I think it's absolutely normal that the rox news in Marie's interview are the highlight for most fans. All that is about wishing, longing and joy. Nothing bad. It doesn't mean one doesn't care about her being healthy or happy.

On the other hand it's a totally different thing to demand something from Marie or to push her. To accuse her of being lazy or other not-so-nice things is really mean and lacks respect. But it's just a real small portion of fans who does that. Some a bit dumb, some clueless, some maybe too "hotblooded".

And I don't think there are totally other people over at TDR. Rather seems it's mainly the same people who visit all the major rox forums around. Problem with TDR is that it's the most "public" one. Just google Roxette and you get TDR in the top spots. That's the reason for so many random fans over there. At the same time many of the long term visitors went to other places when TDR lost much of it's appeal with it's (failed) relaunch. Now the ex smalltalk totally lacks a "warm" atmosphere. It looks clinic and anonymous. Sad for such a great site!

That's possible with audio production applications like Apple Garageband/Logic. In the same way you can change the speed without pitch.

Ich glaube, für die liebevollen kleinen Details und Samples war der gute Anders zuständig, die fehlen nämlich schon auf HAND. Das ewige Geblubber nervt mich auch, stört besonders so Akustikstücke wie Everyday. Die beste Kombi wäre für mich die Spontanität und Unbekümmertheit von M/SOAP/EHM mit der Energie, Frische und vor allem Stimme (Marie!) von Roxette! Die Gessle-Solo-Sachen sind mir insgesamt (ausgenommen TWATG) zu seicht/flau...

Per's Gedanken zum Schluss sind ja Balsam für mich: Er will nicht ewig in 1971 bleiben und auch mal wieder von Christopher weg. Es besteht Hoffnung, hurra!

Da ich in diesem Leben wohl kein Schwedisch mehr lerne, ist das unheimlich wertvoll. Per hat ja mal erwähnt, dass das Buch ursprünglich als Roxette-Biographie geplant war. Schade, damit hätte es wohl mehr Chancen auf ne Übersetzung. Oder die sollen einfach ne geänderte DE/UK Version mit nem Roxette-Titel rausbringen..!

I think here you made a mistake. It should mean adult contemporary >> optimised for AC radio airplay (often a softer mix)

Hitradio Ohr is a regional or even local station. I don't know it, can't be that big. We don't have nationwide sations in Germany.

djgarfio, I don't wanna fight with you, I just still think it's wrong. And I'm sure Per thinks the same, no matter how many concert tickets you bought. I do understand that it can be harder to get records in other parts of the world. But if I can't afford something I try to live without or buy it later when discounted or 2nd hand. Anyway, I'm done with this topic.

djgarflo, even if it was (by strange ways) legal to share the SOAP album, it was still immorally and disrespectful to Per to do so. That you already have the songs as high quality MP3 and even want them in absolutely perfect lossless quality for free makes me climb the walls. You could buy the album 2nd hand for 5 $!

And I don't have to be a saint to not use emule/torrent/etc. If my priority to buy some record/movie/software isn't high enough or I can't afford it, then I have to do without or wait for a better opportunity. it's not that hard!
