I don't know about the tickets, I went to the Stjärnklart in 2000 thanks to Eva so I didn't have to bother about tickets. A friend of mine went there because her dad got tickets from the company he works at as a "xmas present".. and for what I could found out by then when I talked to one of the responsible was that the tickets were only sold to companies - Have NO clue! This is also no 2-hour Marie concert, and I suppose rather expensive She will probably sing 3-5 songs, which I think is a great way for her to test the stage! It was the nicest news in weeks

Shortly (with some additional info not found in article) Marie will go on tour in November/December. It's 12 shows together with other artists, the tour is directed to companies, who buy tickets and give them away to their (best?) employees. The artists perform normally with a big band and there are some funny gags in between as well, at least it was like that when I saw Eva Dahlgren and Orup in 2000. They performed about 3-5 songs each and participated in some scenes/sang in songs of other artists, I'd guess it'll be the same with Marie, Lisa etc. Nice!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D

but.. giving points to neighbour or friend countries just belongs to Eurovision as much as ABBA-alike songs. It has always been like this, it is part of it Just that the more Balkan/Eastern countries there are, the more they vote among eachother. It's like Scandinavia in big scale, so of course, the chance for an old-Europe-country to win is lower than in previous years. As I said, at least the songs where not as crappy as in the past 2 years

It wasn't the best performance of No Angels.. I've seen them do it muuuuch better.. where was crazy Lucy?? They should have left those weird dresses home.. ( SPain.. erh.. shame. My fave was Azerbaijan, I liked.. the 3rd country.. was that Albania? Finland - oh yeah! Russia was also fine, English.. sounded just like Russians speak it. Working at an international bank I'm used to this You'll hear more of it next year when they host the show Poland was a plastic barbie with an annoying voice for me.. Charlotte could have done it better.. the plastic surgeon could have also done it better, the woman has a permanent surprise smiling face! France was kind of.. funny, it would have been better without the backing vocals. The guy inhaled helium during the performance Denmark was also kind of fun, the guy took pieces of other songs and put them together in the middle of the song. Greece was baaad, don't understand so many votes. A copy of former participant Helena Paparizou (just that she was much better). As for the rest.. I don't remember, I guess they weren't too impressive/good/surprising. All in all, much better than former Eurovision, at least the singers could do their job: sing! (Maybe the bad ones were filtered out in the semi-finals?).

I am sure it is not the first time Marie D "plays postman", it's not that difficult either, collect all stuff and send it to Marie in a big box, or give it to her, they live in the same town! ;-) The only issue here is that she might not get it on the day but later.
On the other hand, I think buying stuff is just a waste of time. I doubt she eats any chocolate or anything else people send her, I wouldn't (trust it) either *. And any other kind of presents.. I think she has money enough and who needs the 1000000th teddy bear? ;-)
The only things which I think make sense are letters/ messages/ postcard and self-made presents, like a painting or any other thing which might be "unique" and personal.
* I heard stories about bottles of wine or licour given to them (Per/GT) and ended up in the trash.
Have a good day J

@Raelian: why so negative all the time? I always felt that in your words, sorry to be honest! It's not being negative, but realistic. Madonna (or any other celebrity of the same age) would look totally different with no beauty treatments. I'd like to know how Madona would look like today if she were a normal housewife instead of a famous singer. probably better than now ;-) wrinkles are sexy

Yeah..Grattis Josefin...but if my brain didn't get too old already than I think Josefin gets already 15 today...She was born 1993. I remember sweet Marie and her belly doing the Unplugged concert 1993. So Josefin is really already a young lady. yes, she is 15. Which also means it is 15 years ago I was watching the unplugged for the first time :O
