I have already voted cos I had read about that poll on TDR...I sadly chose "Never"...

Per would never let Roxette die a silence death.
If they quit I am 100% positive that they will say goodbye properly. And how could they
do that better than with releasing one last new album? Maybe with even material that we don't know yet but
is just somewhere in the vault. It doesn't necessarily have to be all new material.
I simply can't believe Roxette is over yet. Per and Marie would never leave us without saying goodbye.

Maybe, as you said above, it's better to put previously unreleased material onto a CD. I am sure there are many rarities getting dust in the vaults (like the remixes of "Crush On You").

Do you mean a new album with totally new songs.. or a new album which might as well be a compilation with a couple of new tracks, some unreleased demos or whatever. That would also fall in the category "new" album.

Previously unreleased tracks/demos (even if recorded 10 years ago) do count as 'new songs' too. The Beatles had 3 double-cd's of "Anthology", that included out-takes, demos, live tracks and other rarities. Maybe Roxette doesn't have enough material to fill 6 discs, but only one double-cd would be ok for me... For example:

• I am sure the Spanish-speaking fans will kill me, but I'd like to hear the Spanish version of "You Don't Understand Me". I know the lyrics must be terrible, but I don't care. It was (apparently) recorded, and now it's laying in the EMI vaults! 
• Do you remember "I Was So Lucky (The Golden Bow)"? Is it supposed to be a remix? No need to mention the old (and great) remixes that have never been available on CD, like "Chances (Dancehall Version)".

And I have to confess... I'd prefer a compilation of Roxette rarities (genuine never-heard-before rarities from the vaults) instead of another Gessle solo album
