Right, do to the forum, click 'registrera dig' (register here), then 'Jag accepterar policyn, fortsätt' (I accept the rules, continue, well near enough that because I barely speak Swedish so I'm going on the similarities between English and Swedish words LOL), then type username in 'Användarnamn', email in 'E-Post', and your password in 'Lösenord' and 'Upprepa lösenord' and then click registrera at the bottom. 

I don't know what happens next - I assume you get sent a confirmation email saying 'click this link to activate your account' or you can just go back to the forum and log in via the...duh duh dunnn!!! The 'logga in' button.
